The role

As an all-round maintenance technician, you play a key role in our production process. You ensure that our machines operate at peak performance, enabling us to produce high quality, 100% recyclable packaging daily. You will work closely with colleagues from production and other technical disciplines. The role is carried out in a 5 shift system.

Tasks and responsibilities
Your tasks will include:

• Changing moulds
• Setting, optimising and fine tuning injection moulding machines
• Setting and optimising robots
• Performing preventive maintenance and resolving faults
• Actively contributing ideas for technical improvements and process optimisation

What you bring
We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed a vocational (Dutch MBO-level) qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
• Has an affinity with electrical and control technology
• (Preferred) Has experience with injection moulding
• Works accurately and with strong concentration
• Is solution oriented and results driven
• Works well within a team
• Is willing to invest in personal development and progression
• Shows initiative and recognises opportunities
• Is willing to work in a 5 shift system
• Is open to internal, company specific training
