Job description
As a Senior Office Sales Officer, you are the driving force behind the accurate execution of operational tasks. You coordinate daily activities, optimize processes and contribute to a positive team environment. In addition, you act as a central point of contact for internal coordination and communication.
Your role
As a back office employee, you are an indispensable link in our sales team. You ensure that administrative processes around customer orders, product information and communication run smoothly. Thanks to your structured approach and eye for detail, our customers can count on reliable and professional service.
What are you going to do?
- Managing and updating artwork files
- Creating and managing article numbers in the ERP system
- Processing label orders
- Keeping framework contracts up to date
- Communication with customers about forecasts and delivery agreements
- Processing and following up sample requests
What do you bring?
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or administrative direction
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages (German is an advantage)
- You work accurately, in a structured and customer-oriented way
- You are proactive, flexible and have a hands-on mentality
- Affinity with the food sector or production environment is a plus
