Manager Finance & Control (fulltime)
As Finance & Control Manager, you are part of the management team and responsible for financial policy, administration, and the further professionalization of processes. You are an important sparring partner for the management and shareholders and play an active role in improving the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Financial administration and control
- Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts and periodic reports
- Year-end closing and contact with accountant, bank and insurers
- Tax and legal matters (independently and with external support)
- Personnel and payroll administration including HR tasks
- Risk management and compliance with laws and regulations
- IT-related matters and process optimization
Additionally, you work on:
- Development of management reports for internal and external use
- Automation and digitalization of processes
- Improvement of logistics processes and cost control
Your profile
You are an experienced financial professional with a broad perspective and a passion for improvement. You combine analytical skills with a pragmatic approach.
We are looking for someone with:
- HBO+ (Bachelor's degree+) working and thinking level, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- A completed degree in finance or business economics (RA/RC is a plus)
- Affinity with automation, production and logistics
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- A proactive, independent and results-oriented attitude
- Ambition to further shape this role within a growing organization
