Job description
As a Senior Office Sales Officer, you are the driving force behind the accurate execution of operational tasks. You coordinate daily activities, optimize processes and contribute to a positive team environment. In addition, you act as a central point of contact for internal coordination and communication.
Your role
As a back office employee, you are an indispensable link in our sales team. You ensure that administrative processes around customer orders, product information and communication run smoothly. Thanks to your structured approach and eye for detail, our customers can count on reliable and professional service.
What are you going to do?
- Coördineren van nieuwbouw en het (preventieve) onderhoud
- Herstel- en verbeterwerkzaamheden aan de matrijzen en hotrunners
- (Laten) Uitvoeren van reparaties aan de matrijzen
- Troubleshooten bij matrijs gerelateerd spuitgietproblemen
- Het conserveren (schoonmaken en smeren) van matrijzen en matrijsdelen en uitvoeren van controles t.a.v. mogelijke gebreken.
- Ondersteunen van de productie
- Beheren en opbouwen van sterke leveranciersrelaties;
- Overleg met externe partijen m.b.t. uit te voeren reparatiewerkzaamheden;
What do you bring?
- MBO-technische opleiding
- Kennis van 3D CAD-softwarepakketten, bij voorkeur SolidWorks
- Passie voor kunststof spuitgieten
- Kennis van draaien, frezen en slijpen
- •Kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen van spuitgietmatrijzen
- Kennis van diverse staalsoorten.
- Een goed oog voor kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid voor de productie
- Oplossingsgericht denken
